College - Campus Partnership Coordinator - Support Hub
Overview
This is a remote role.
The purpose of the College Partnership Coordinator is to drive strategy development, implementation, and evaluation of GFM’s partnerships with like-minded colleges and campus ministries. This ministry role is part-time or full time and support-raising is required. The College Partnership Coordinator has the ability to work on site or remotely.
Required Qualifications
- Must personally embrace GFM’s purpose, vision, values, and statement of faith
- Must identify as a maturing believer in Jesus Christ with a high view of Scripture (2 Tim 3:16-17; Col 3:16-17)
- Must demonstrate humility, teachability, and an ability to work well with others (Eph 4:15)
- Must display advanced interpersonal relational skills and be dedicated to peacemaking (Heb 10:24-25)
- Must function well both independently and in a team environment (1 Cor 12:25-26)
- Must be able use or learn internal communications and technology systems (Email, Google Drive, Slack, etc.)
- The Hub Director will determine, based on the candidate’s profile assessed during the interview, whether the candidate should engage in missions training and discipleship through GFM’s Missionary Training School (in person or online)
- A College Degree is preferred but not required; informal training in management, organization, leadership, and/or ministry also acceptable
Key Responsibilities
- Look for and pursue opportunities to speak at and/or represent GFM on college campuses
- Participate in the development and assessment of the recruiting process for college students/young adults
- Travel to college campuses to mobilize and recruit participant for GFM’s programs, as well as strengthen partnerships
- Provide one-on-one mentoring for potential participants of GFM’s programs
