GFM Thailand

Global Frontier Missions has had a passion for Thailand and its strategic importance in the 10/40 window for many years. With a population of 65.5 million people and only 0.7% of them Christian, the harvest is indeed plentiful. In Thailand, there are 112 people groups with 74 of them considered unreached with the gospel. However, the fields are ripe and God is about to do something huge in Thailand!

While Global Frontier Missions does not have an official presence in Thailand, we have a close partnership with Lifepoint Church as we helped train their church planting team that was sent to Bangkok, Thailand in 2010. The team focuses on winning and discipling Thai univeristy students and young professionals with the hope that they will in turn proclaim the Gospel among their own people groups. The church planting team in Thailand is very open to adding new team members and is interested in having more GFM graduates from our missionary training school and missionary apprenticeships join their team.

Our partners in Thailand, LifePoint Bangkok, are now hosting short-term mission trips. One of the biggest felt needs in the area is English, so they would love for teams to come help with English camps and conversational English classes in order to build relationships with some of the local people. A lot of time meeting a need like helping people with English can help open people's heart with the end goal of seeing the Thais come to know Christ. We would love for your group to come alongside their ministry as short-term mission trips can be a huge help in their long-term church planting efforts.

If you would be interested in joining the Thailand team long-term or have a short-term team that would like to do a mission trip there, please contact us for more information.
